Refunds

Everything sold here is a digital download, so there is nothing to send back. What there is instead is this: if a kit does not do what its page says it does, email us within 14 days of buying it and we refund you.

How to ask

Email info@coharu.work from the address you bought with, and say what you expected to find and did not. You do not have to justify the request beyond that, and we do not put you through a form.

We ask what was missing because it is how the next version gets written. Answering is optional and does not affect the refund.

What we refund

• The full purchase price, back to the card you paid with.
• Within 14 days of purchase, for any product on this site.
• Processed the same business day we see the email; your bank decides how long it then takes.

What we do not refund

• A purchase older than 14 days, unless something on the product page was wrong at the time you bought.
• A request that arrives after the files have been redistributed, which the terms do not permit.

Before you raise a chargeback

Email us first. A chargeback costs us the fee and costs you weeks; a refund takes one message. If we have not replied within two business days, that is on us — escalate however you like.
